This week’s Friday VEGETARIAN lunch will be Alfredo Rotini with Mushroom & Spinach prepared by Otter Creek Kitchen for The Food Sharing Project and served with a carton of 2% milk and orange slices.
Ingredients: Milk, Butter, Flour, Garlic, Parmesan, Spinach, Mushroom, Rotini Pasta
Note that students in grades JK-3 will receive a half portion, and students in grades 4-8 will receive a full (regular) portion.
