Description

This week’s Vegetarian lunch will be a “Veggie Cobb Salad” prepared by The Food Sharing Project, and served with a carton of 2% milk and a pear.

Ingredients: Lettuce, grilled BBQ tofu, cucumber, tomato, carrot, cheddar cheese, hard boiled egg and ranch dressing.

Note that students in grades JK-3 will receive a half portion, and students in grades 4-8 will receive a full (regular) portion.

*Order by Tuesday, June 10th for delivery according to the following schedule:

  • Thursday, June 19 for Rideau Heights Public School
  • Friday, June 20 for St. Paul Catholic School and Archbishop O’Sullivan Catholic School
