This week’s Thursday lunch will be “Tex Mex” Beef & Rice, prepared by Otter Creek Kitchen for The Food Sharing Project, and served with a carton of 2% milk and orange slices.
Ingredients: Lean Ground Beef, Tomato, Corn, Green Onion, Onion, Bell Pepper, Black Bean, Seasonings, Brown Rice.
Note that students in grades JK-3 will receive a half portion, and students in grades 4-8 will receive a full (regular) portion.
